  • Every client is different - the right budget depends on what you're starting with, what you want to achieve and the kinds of pieces you're drawn to.

    That said, as a general guide, most clients invest somewhere between £1,000 and £1,800 on purchases. Some spend less, some more, but that range covers most situations comfortably.

    We'll always discuss this before we shop, so there are no surprises on the day.

  • Being based in the North West has its advantages - both Manchester city centre and the Trafford Centre are on our doorstep, between them covering every price point and style from high street to designer.

    Where we actually go depends entirely on you. The consultation process gives me a clear picture of your taste, budget and what we're looking for — so by the time we shop, I already know which stores are worth our time. Building a versatile capsule wardrobe might take us across a range of shops at different price points; tracking down the perfect occasion outfit might mean heading straight to Selfridges or Harvey Nichols and going no further.

    Either way, we won't be wandering.

  • Most appointments take place Monday to Friday during normal business hours. That said, weekend bookings can be arranged by prior request — just get in touch and we'll find something that works.

  • Absolutely. Many clients return at the start of each season to refresh and update their wardrobe as their needs evolve — a new year, a new context, a few pieces that need replacing or updating. Others come back for a specific occasion outfit, or help putting together a holiday capsule that actually works.

    Once we've worked together, I know your taste, your wardrobe and what suits you — which makes every subsequent session faster, sharper and even better value.
